After an order has been placed at our website, proceed to make your payment with PayNow or Bank Transfer. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Send a screen shot / confirmation of payment and email to firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp to 65 87648813. Your order will not be confirmed and shipped (for delivery option) until we receive your payment in our account.

– Internet Bank Transfer (OCBC 672408291001)
– PayNow (UEN: 21246500K)
An order confirmation will be emailed to you once we have received payment in our account. We will be packing and delivering your order within the next 7 working days.
Orders made on Saturdays/ Sundays/ Public holidays will be processed as the next working day’s orders.
Things to Note:
– We will contact you once your parcel is ready for delivery.
– A message will also be sent to you on the day of the delivery so that you’ll be ready for the delivery.
– Do note that deliveries will take place between 1pm to 8pm of the delivery day.
– For failed deliveries that are sent back to the bookshop, a replacement delivery fee will be charged.
– Do also note that fees such as delivery, are not refundable in the case of refunds or failed deliveries.
– In case of a change of address, please let us know as soon as possible.
